Making Waves One Ripple At A Time
A rock thrown into a body of water causes ripple effects and little waves. In life, we experience “rock” situations that will cause ripple effects and waves. We help our clients identify life experiences that have not been resolved or that may have had a negative impact in their life.
“I thoroughly enjoyed being apart of this program. The bonds built in the process where priceless. The conversations and topics helped me learn a lot about myself. I recommend this program to anyone that’s on a journey of self-discovery. You won’t be disappointed!”

These ripples and waves do not just effect you. They effect those around you. We want to help you journey through the ripples and waves so that they are not negatively impacting you or those around you. We assist them in acknowledging and accepting past hurts to refocus positively on present or current issues.
Rocks will come. Life happens. How you respond will determine how the ripples and waves flow. New experiences and situations will be met with a positive “can do” attitude. With a refocused understanding of self, one is able to seek their life’s purpose, potential and possibilities.
Be a rock with self-care. Cause a ripple effect with self discoveries. Make waves by being an effective change agent for your family and community.
"Cholon did a great job facilitating the 12-week program. Despite the pandemic, Cholon created a safe environment for the participants to continue the course virtually. I am grateful for my time with the group. It allowed me to dig deep and begin the work toward understanding myself better and heal from some past hurts and pain."

Fenix Project
This is a therapeutic curriculum. Participants will receive a certificate of completion after completing the curriculum coursework and successful demonstration of course learning objectives.
This course is a peer-based partnership. We journey with you to:
· Identify key life experiences that have not been resolved or that may have had negative impacts in your life.
· Acknowledge and accept past hurts, so that you can refocus positively on present/current issues. Redefining current situations without past influences leads to making informed and sound decisions and taking positive actions.
· To assist you in making informed decisions, where one can better prepare for future possibilities. It is our hope you will be in a position where new experiences and situations will be met with a positive and “can do” attitude.
Just as the phoenix rises from the ashes with renewed youth and purpose to live through another life cycle, we hope with a refocused understanding of one’s self, you can seek your life’s purpose, potential, and possibilities.
Our most popular service for small (no more than 5 participants) and large groups (no more than 10). Now scheduling for one-on-one sessions.

“The Fenix Project was an awesome experience! I met some incredible beautiful women, who like me, have dreams but for whatever reasons, such as our pasts, fears, insecurities, etc., have kept us from being who we are meant to be and doing what we are meant to do. In the group, we were able to express our feelings and thoughts openly and without judgement. I was able to identify some pieces of myself, from my past that were affecting my life. Now that I have identified some of the pieces I am able to move ahead. I am forever grateful to the Fenix Project for that! The founder/facilitator, Cholon Coleman, was an absolute gem! Her weekly topics impacted me and made me reflect on me and my past and my future. You can see she genuinely cares for all women and their destinies. I highly recommend the Fenix Project!.”
